    • If the shop doesn’t answer, they can email the store directly or go in.


Confirming and Managing a Booking

  • Once the customer has spoken to the store, the shop will confirm the booking date and package directly with them.

  • Some shops may require a deposit or booking fee—this is managed by the store and payment can be taken via a Pay By Link.

  • Customers should be advised to keep in touch with the store for any questions, changes, or special requests.

  • If a customer can’t reach their chosen store, you can step in:

    • Offer to contact the store on their behalf.

    • Ask the store to return the customer’s call.
